This version of Dorothy's Tip Goals was inspired by LolaTheAngel, who is VERY picky about her room title - and, lets be honest, plenty of other things, too.

Updates:
- Removes the forced Current Goal: text from the room title and lets you customize the current goal prefix, such as GOAL:, or leave it blank for no prefix
- Allows the goal-complete announcement message to be customized using {goalnumber} and {goalname} placeholders
- Removes the extra blank notice lines around goal announcements when No Border is selected in setting 3N1
